The overall quality and timeliness of services provided. I would like to see slightly more consistency between different individuals providing the services for me, but overall, I am extremely happy.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

The workers were very cordial and friendly. They worked well together and very neat and thorough. I'm not sure the name of the cleaning products they used but it smelled very good after they were finished. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone who wants to have cleaning done.

MM tries to do the best job possible to meet your needs. They have you review for satisfaction. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
Products are fine, but my regulars know what to use on what.
