Although I haven't had the service in my home, I have had the pleasure of dealing with the office staff in two different offices, in two different states, and both staffs have been wonderful. Products and service were excellent. Brie,Stacie and Jen were awesome! Only area for improvement would be specific to placing the bottle of Bona on our dining room table. Residual Bona makes were found on our table and although they didn’t hurt the wood itself. We had to use mineral spirits to remove the coating in place were bottle was placed on table as they did the floors.

Overall we were very pleased with our service!

Do not know all the products used by Merry Maids. They use vinegar on my floors instead of plain water....which i requested the vinegar. The ladies do try to do what we ask.

I enjoy the freshness when the girls finish cleaning the house. I appreciate that they do whatever I ask of them.

My mom always raves about how spotless our hardwood floors are and is always happy with the cleaning service.

My husband and I like how thorough the Merry Maids were on the first visit. We've had a couple other cleaning services in the last couple years and there is really no comparison. We hope that that continues. We have selected to have them every other week and hope that we can still rate them #10 in a years time.

The ladies that cleaned my home were courteous, very thorough and compassionate. My house smelled great and looked great too. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service.
