The cleaning staff is respectful to your individual needs. John & Olivia (owners) have terrific communication skills. When we moved to Tennessee from Ohio had a different franchise of Merry Maids and was not happy. So for years we used an individual owner to clean our home. Now in Tennessee for good in our final home interviewed Merry Maids. John & Olivia came our personally and spent time explaining the process. Tried their services and now have agreed to go another year.

Look forward to having Merry Maids for a long time. I personally refer to everyone I meet that is looking or in need of a cleaning service.

You provide all of the cleaning supplies (except trash bags) so I don't have to continually buy.

The entire experience! Professional, affordable, thorough to the smallest detail! We used this service to clean our home to ready it for listing on the market. We had 3 showings booked within 10 minutes of going live on Realtor.com website! I recommend this company to anyone needing a good thorough cleaning whether it is a wash-down of all surfaces, dusting/wipe-down (what we did), or carpets shampooed (we did this too), they did an amazing job on our home. Knowing they are licensed and insured also made me feel that my home was in safe hands too! I have since recommended Merry Maids to others as well!
