Customer Service from the office staff. Currently, I personally have not been able to see the result of a cleaning because we live in another state. My service was a last minute emergency need and Merry Maids knocked it outta the park. They showed up had everything finished quickly and perfectly and took a HUGE amount of stress off me. The ladies were so nice and understanding. I highly recommend Merry Maids!
