I like Delores and how she works, the products would be nothing without proper application and good old elbow grease! I do NOT like the vacuum that is strapped to her back..it makes it awkward for her to work and I feel that my walls/and or furniture will suffer with scrapes because of it which will make me very unhappy. It is so wonderful to come home, after the Merry Maids have been here. I especially like the care my wood floors are getting now. I just did not have the time or strength to keep them clean and polished but they look great now!! With cleaning services I've used previously, I used to find little things that were missed here and there. With Merry Maids, it's the opposite; I keep finding little extra touches they have done and they miss nothing!! I am very, very pleased!
