No bleach. And no one has tried to sneak in a bleach-containing product, not even on the bottom of other equipment (as happened with a prior/different cleaning service, and ruined my wall-to-wall carpeting TWICE).

Cleanings are always what I need at the time. Since we are a foster home for Dachshunds (Weenie Dogs) our cleanings need to be flexiable as to what and where is cleaned. The last time my home was scheduled to be cleaned I decided at the 100th hour to re-arrange my whole house due to company arriving for Christmas. The crew was great.
