The apartment was spotless after the first clean.

I like that a room gets chosen for a "deep clean" each time. Ceiling fans, blinds, things that are a pain to clean. I love that if I leave clean sheets, my beds get made up.

I like always getting the same person to clean. It saves me time because I don't have to explain my preferences every time.
It would be nice if arrival time could be more consistent
or if the cleaner could call with a heads up 15 to 30 minutes before her arrival.
I do not like the new paperwork. A calendar tells me nothing.
If you share my name, I think a free session (or something) would be nice.

You are very consistent and I always look forward to when you have been at my home. It is my favorite day of the week. I am always pleased and never have to guess what I am coming home to. When I do have an issue (always very, very small) it is corrected immediately!

Consistency in quality of cleaning. Ease in scheduling. The way the black toilet and sink shine. Coming home to a clean home. The fact there is little turnover in the team that cleans my house. I feel secure in the fact that the team is honest and cares as much about the appearance of my home as I do. Sheila's team is always so friendly and willing to work hard. The cleaning products always make our granite countertops look like new. Each room looks great.

Products are great and sinks, etc. look really clean! I love that someone always shows up and does a good job....some a little better than others but always acceptable. I know o can call if something is really wrong.
