Amazingly beautiful job

Tinika has always been the lead staff person in my home and usually is training a newer employee. The team changes, but always do a great job and work very efficiently. When I need the whole house cleaned, I let Merry Maids know in advance and a team of 3 shows up. I usually have just the main floor cleaned and the team always gets it done in under an hour.
I like whatever products they use, but don't know what brands they are.

Customer service is great, I like the text saying how long until they arrive, the printout at the end that says what they are focusing on each time, and the girls are very nice!

Merry Maids office, staff, and cleaning personnel are friendly, competent, on-time, reliable, and do good work - no matter who comes to our house to do the cleaning. We have been a Merry Maids customer for over 30 years so have had a lot of different Merry Maids people come to our house to clean it monthly.

Getting every room clean at the same time is a great feeling. I can clean each room on my own BUT it would be one room at a time. Room by room, a day for each one. No way would I be able to clean them all at once.
