Service is very personalized and flexible in its timing and willingness to adjust to your schedule. Personnel are reliable, friendly and extremely competent. Boss is also friendly with a great sense of humor. Good folks all around.

Bridget was on time. Texted before she arrived and very efficient being that she did not have a co-worker. She kept on worker without a break and finished in 3 hours. She did a great job and I would enjoy having her return.

Very good but I am not advised as to how many were coming to clean an approximate time and the amount. Given just a day and if the same people were coming to clean. Just need more info on who, time (approximate) and advised only the same day or 1 day before they are to
come and clean. never got brochure as to what they would do and not do, what standard cleaning was,

It may be because I am lucky enough to have the same great person take care of my home, but I am fortunate to have someone who is very special in that regard and she loves my cats TOO!! If I were not able to have the same person every time, I would probably not be giving you a 10:)

Good products used in my home. My maid also gets on her hands and knees and mops my hardwood floors.

They are always on time, and pleasant.

They make my bed (some maid services do not); and empty all trash cans.

They come when they say they will be here. The new system even lets me know when they are on the way and who will be here. They are easy to work with if you have to change a day.
