Merry Maids is the most professional cleaning service my husband and I have experienced in 25 years. The team arrives at your home with all the equipment and products needed. You do not need to provide anything. They are consistently thorough with each visit and put things back in place after cleaning. We have never seen such perfection and professionalism. Each team we have experienced have lived up to the standards of the prior team. We stay in the home when they are here and they are pleasant, efficient, trustworthy and non disruptive. What a nice feeling when they leave to walk thru our home and see everything sparkling, vacuumed (even furniture!), things put back in their proper place and our home smelling good. If you haven't given them the opportunity to come to your home, we highly recommend you at least give them one try. Our guess is, once you do, you will be hooked! Treat yourself... Most of the cleaners are very careful and hard workers. They are usually very pleasant, go over special things done and do a very good cleaning.

I called Merry Maids when I was faced with a sudden request of some old friends who were passing through Phoenix and asked if they could stay with me for 5 days! The area that would have been a guest room had turned into a catch all for all kinds of things :( It hadn't been cleaned for quite a long time! :(
I wasn't even sure that Merry Maids would want to tackle it!! When the Quality Control Supervisor came out to assess the task, she assured me that if I would declutter the area, it could be cleaned! Well when my guests arrived and saw where they would be staying, the comment was made, "We get to stay in the luxury suite!"
That comment attests to the excellent job Merry Maids did! I was so grateful!

Each crew does an excellent cleaning. Just need to improve on their directions and stop getting lost driving. We waited 90 minutes for the last crew to arrive and we are the first stop.

The Merry Maids walked in prepared to work instantly.
The only question they asked is it ok to start in the master bedroom.
No other information was needed they had what to do from the person surveying the tasks ahead of time.
I really did not check the work step by step ...everything was done far better than what I could have done.
