I like that the house is clean, the cleaners are professional, and the service is timely. Would prefer that the cleaners come as early as possible on the scheduled date (7-9am?)

Always on time and there is a notebook containing information as to what specific items in the house needs special cleaning attention, etc.

You are thorough, always pay attention to any written instructions I leave and have been using fragrance-free and gentle cleansers. Last time I did detect more fragrance smell than usual, mostly in the kitchen-maybe a new product? I am allergic to fragrances and take asthma meds regularly but for the most part the cleaners are very good about using the non-fragrent products. I am very happy with the job Ida and her partner do.

Your team is ready to go to work immediately...I have told friends they show up with knee pads on and a ton of cleaning stuff

Mostly I like your ladies. They are professional but do their job with great ease. What ever they use to clean it does a wonderful job. I have recommended your company but most in this area do not like the cost. Single cleaners do a good job and you can trust them when they have good recommendations

Service is professional, completed quickly with attention to details; M Maids question me if I'm satisfied with their work and I feel they would attempt to correct anything that I decided
needing redoing or doing for the first time. I feel house and my possessions are secure in their presence. The products used appear to clean well without an unpleasant odor.

Everything, it always has a clean smill.

The team was very thorough. The products seemed to work extremely well - particularly on the hard water spots on the shower doors.

To be honest, there was a lot of work that had to be done in a relatively short period of time with very little lead time in making it happen and not only did it all take place as needed but frankly the house felt clean. Yes, they did a good job and it was it was done by a couple of women who volunteered to work on short notice on a Saturday.
As to attitude? An important facet of almost anything the attitude was terrific and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. I do not see how I could have been more pleased. Well wait a min., if it had been done for free I could have been happier! That is a joke son!
I was backed into a corner and these two ladies solved my problems. You can not ask for anything better than that. If the entire Merry Maids business runs as well as this went, what more can some one want.

The women who came to my house went above and beyond what they were expected to do. The ladies who came to my house were Ida, Rebecca, and Liza. Ida vacuumed the return air vent and changed the filter at the same time. She didn't have to do this, but it was much appreciated by me. My house was immaculate when they left, from the stove I was thinking of selling to all the little spice jars, which had been wiped clean,and it was greatly appreciated.
