Her job was a lot of work for just one person over three hours. Those spaces needed deep cleaning. What I like best about your service is that ALL your young ladies are very helpful and very professional is all they do. And they bring all their own equipment so that I do not have to go and get any of that. They are very friendly and also very reliable and arrive when they say they will. All in all its a pleasure working with them. Sometimes, I like one young lady especially and did ask you to send HER again, but apparently this does not work out well for you, but they re all very good and all are doing a great job! I like the job that Sonja does. But I have to say the last time the team was here there were spots left on the kitchen floor and the blinds on either side of my bed were pulled completely up showing the full window.

Please tell Savannah thank you so much for referring me to her friend, Rick. He took care of my laptop (had been hacked the previous Monday) that afternoon. He doesn't live very far away so he came over, picked up my laptop, took it to his home, fixed it and brought it back within 2 hrs. I also found out he's from a suburb of Chicago I am very familiar with, Oak Lawn, IL. What a small world!!

Everyone from Merry Maids is professional, helpful and the technicians who come to my home always do a great job. I never have to worry that things will not get done just the way I want them!

The initial consultation was comfortable, thorough, informative and Janelle was very congenial.

My first cleaning appears to have been very thorough.

Debbie and Carmen were very friendly, high energy and professional.

I'm usually extremely uncomfortable having strangers in my home, however it was a breeze with these ladies!
