Daisy and Shannon arrived on time, were courteous, and did a thorough job cleaning what I asked them to.

We really appreciate the communications that the office sends to us the day prior as well as the day of our scheduled cleaning. The crew that is assigned to our home are very professional, hard working, and checks with us to make sure that their performance meets our standards. We are communicated by the office when the crew is on their way which we like.

Since this was my first experience of household help, I was very satisfied with the work ethic and personalities of the Merry Maids.

First of all I very much enjoy your ladies, most of them are not only helpful and do a great job to boring my old house up to par s o that it looks after they leave like a new place again. Also most of these young ladies are very personal and very attentive to what I say to them, they are just so good to have around. Sometimes two come, sometimes just one, but whoever comes here, am always to see them. Also I like your letting me know when they are on their way, so I can get ready for them. And also that you phone me a couple of days ahead of time to tell me about my appointment with them. And one point I like particularly also, it that they always bring their own claeaning equipment, so that I don't have to go out and get it, since am not sure, what really to buy. This makes it very comfortable for me, they always bring along all they need here to get my old house into good shape again and make it so, that I feel comfortable in having some friends visit again. So thank you and please tell your ladies that I enjoy having them here.

Having used Merry Maids services for about 4 years now I have found the company and its people to be stable and consistent in the art of cleaning and with the on-site staff being very presentable and organized in method and execution. The follow up personal are attentive to any deviation from Merry Maid procedures and even the billing process is safe and easy! I cannot say enough good about Merry Maids!
