I usually love my cleaning by Merry Maids! I was a little disappointed today, in that there wasn't much attention to cleaning the floors. As you know, I have a dog that tracks in dirt and muck from the snow, and that was still there when I came home tonight.

But, even so, I generally am very happy with your work, so I continue to give you great ratings!

I like the convenience of having them clean--but that's a given of course. The attention to detail, their quiet presence, but when they leave, they have really accomplished a lot--I especially like their friendliness and williness to do little "odd" requests I have once in a while--all in all, I appreciate their work very much!!

The service is reliable, if a bit pricey. Even though there are two or even three "Merry Maid" cleaning my home, 30 to 45 minutes isn't really enough time to "get in the corners" or to "get higher than eye level" with the dusting. Overall, however, I am am quite satisfied with the service and will continue as long as I can afford it.
