I like that most of the time the crew is through, asks if I have any special requests and folds my toliet paper into triangles. I do wish however that we had more consistency with who comes to the house and the time they show up.

I just like that I don't have to worry and my house will get cleaned. One of the ladies said she would clean my house the way she wants hers cleaned.

The people are always friendly and oh so efficient. In trying to have the same people cleaning your home each time, they really give you a sense of being a trustworthy friend that just happens to leave your home immaculate! They take the time to do jobs everyone else misses, like wiping down the baseboards, making the bed look beautiful and even folding the toilet paper like they would in an expensive hotel. But unlike the others, they work fast and are very considerate of your time and comfort. I love my Merry Maids!

The two women that came were so fast, efficient and pleasant. It was a huge surprise that they really do all the little things that add up to a home feeling so fresh and clean! Also, the vacuum they use is incredible! The cleaning products they use leave behind a great apple scent.
