Once you have the same people cleaning, they get used to what you like done. I've been lucky getting Brenda & Amber to clean for me and they really excellent at their job and are a joy to be around. The only thing I don't like is the smell of the cleaning supplies you have. It lingers and the smell is not inviting. They used to spray cinnamon and I really like that and I understand that you want to use environmentally safe cleaners but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Other than that, I have no problems.
