The maids arrive at the appointed time, they work very hard and steady and do a good job of cleaning, sometimes going beyond the normal items to clean.
On time and thorough and they have common sense, it's not like a list of rules they hide behind. If it needs to be done, they do it - not like I have to micromanage them at all.
Our team is wonderful and that is all we can speak to. However, we have NEVER had someone come to check up on our team and their work as we were told would happen.
