I would like to know what Merry Maids can do for my bathroom mold problem. It seems to be getting worse. Please advise!
Always service with a smile. I would, however, appreciate it if when one of my "team" is unavailable (on vacation for example) I were notified in advance that my cleaning will take an extra hour. It is a problem for me to budget 1 hour and be late to work because my cleaning takes longer than I expect. You know in advance that one teammate has vacation plans so let me know too. And if someone is unexpectedly ill, call me so I can make other arrangements.
Always get a reminder call the day before the service is rendered -- great to come home every other Tuesday to a sparkling clean house!
Everyone is very conscientious about doing a thorough job and if I ask for special attention to be paid to a particular area or room, it is always done as requested..I can always tell when the MM have come as the house seems to sparkle...
People very friendly and efficient. Products have a fresh scent, which is nice.
My team is excellent. I left quite a few notes this time and feel that all of the concerns were addressed.
