I like the way the toilet is made white again after a month of use. I like the way the little bits of paper from the shredder are cleaned up even though they seems to make it into the front room. I like the way the wash basins are cleaned. Cleaning the balcony isn't necessary every time, but it is nice to see it cleaned up once in a while. I do like their work.

Olga and Maria always do such a great job on our home. You can tell they take great pride in what they do and show the same amount of care to our home that they would their own. I love that the products are safe since we have our son and also a cat in the house.

Everything is fine except I've asked that the cord is unplugged when going into a different room since it marks up the corner of the wall.

The employees are friendly and do a good job cleaning the house. They do special cleaning (such as washing the kitchen cabinets) when requested.

You need to get something that takes out hard water stains.

Very professional, friendly service. The products are OK, but don't always clean as well as I'd like (I know the reasoning-- the maids can't be in contact with noxious substances). All in all, pretty good!

The two women were extremely friendly and efficient with their cleaning. They did a fantastic job! I don't know what cleaning products they used, but they were able to clean spots in the shower and on the kitchen stove that I couldn't get off after scrubbing multiple times. Thank you!

The housekeepers do a great job. I used to have Merry Maids many years ago when I lived in Palo Alto and they always sprayed clove oil in the air before they left. It smelled so great when I came home. Is this something you guys do or can do?

Your services are great. The one thing I don't care for is the product used to clean windows. it leaves them filmy and I have to redo them.

In the past, when using other housekeeping services, items have been damaged: the finish on a countertop removed, towels discolored when bleach was sprayed in the bathroom. The Merry Maids are thorough in their cleaning, and the products they use are safe and have no strong odors.
