I love that the team manages to get to every room every time they visit, and give special attention to at least one or 2 rooms, or will take on whole-house deep cleaning issues like shutters, base boards, and other projects if asked. Without asking, they sweep my back patio which after all these storms has been a mess every time they visit.
Their products are fine, but I also love that they will use my products also, like Old English Lemon oil on furniture, my preferred granite and stove top cleaners, etc.
The cleaning team, office staff, managers and owners are receptive to all my requests, and let me know that my happiness and satisfaction with their service matters more to them than anything else.
My cleaning team is reliable, professional, well trained and always friendly. I can always count on them to be here when they say they will, do what I ask and special projects I may or may not have requested. I am a very busy woman with some physical disabilities. I trust them and feel free to leave my house in their safe hands. It is a joy to return to a clean home when they are finished!

My first experience with the cleaning team was: they were right on time, brought all their own cleaning supplies including a powerful and effective vacuum cleaner. The women were professional and when I got home, I could see and smell the cleanliness! These girls know how to clean a home from top to bottom, unlike some of the privately hired house cleaning individuals we have tried in the past. Merry Maids leaves nothing undone!

I appreciate the staff coming about the same time each visit. They are efficient and finish the house in a couple hours. Some of the products have an undesirable odor. All in all, we are satisfied with the service

I particularly like Vanessa and Flora. They are lovely ladies with a great deal of pride in what they do. They do all the extra special things--under surfaces, corners, edges..it all gets done. I do like the odor of the cleaning solution that is used. It is not overbearing but still is very pleasant, even with a window or two open. The metal sink is always polished!

During a recent time of my husband's illness and death, they were compassionate and still continued to do what had to be done.

I have a small dog and they are very kind to him, even when he is a nuisance.

You are dependable, flexible, trustworthy, and simply the very best!
