The flexibility.

During the twice monthly cleanings, I like the care that the Merry Maids crew take with the items in my home. And two of the most important items in my home are my cats Maggie and Ava. Lisa always treats them gently and lovingly. Maggie actually loves when the Merry Maids crew comes - she knows that she will get some extra loving attention.

When a mishap has happened (and in nearly 12 years of being a loyal Merry Maids customer, the mishaps have been very few) the Merry Maids crew has always taken responsiblity and made things right.

I like the fact that the MMs are very prompt on the arrival at my home, very deligent at what they do and they do not waste time getting the job done. They are very courteous and respectful. I did have a minor problem with two MMs, but the matter was taken care of promptly.

I currently have no concerns with the products that are being used by the MMs in my home.

I appologize for my late response, but you know I didn't return to the East Coast until 1/14th and it has been trying to say the least, getting thru the "junk mail" and answering e-mails.

I love coming home to a clean house! My husband and I both work very demanding jobs and have limited time with our children -- it's great that Merry Maids takes on some necessary work around the house.

The cleaners are very thorough. I especially appreciate that the kitchen and baths are sparkling.
Whenever there has been a problem, with a little feedback, the problem has been corrected.

Friendly, flexible and efficient service. Glass and ceramic surfaces gleam and are streak free with whatever product is used.
