I have been using your service for a long time and usually have been very pleased with the service and with the products. However, on the last visit I was a little disappointed with the way the condo looked when I got home. I did not feel that the bathroom especially the bathtub was very clean and some of the furniture had only been partially dusted. For example, the bed has four sides of the frame which were still very dusty and tops of some of the furniture had been dusted about 3/4s but the rest of the top was dusty. Also the carpet was vacuumed only partially. It was not particularly dirty but the vacuum makes very distinct marks on the carpet and I saw only a couple of them in the living room. I have not had a problem with this before but the 2 people who came could not find my apartment and went upstairs and knocked on neighbors doors. My upstairs neighbor came down and let them in. I still think your service is great and would recommend it but I was just a little disappointed last time.
A young lady named Robyn came alone and thoroughly cleaned my house by herself. It usually taked two to do the job. Good job Robyn.

I like the regular team (Blanca & Glendy) who come to clean. They do a good job, and clean what I want done in the house. I also appreciate the flexibility with the cleaning schedule, when we need to make a change.

Careful attention to detail and very friendly staff
Your staff was great, personable and hard working. I do not know about which products were used. This was only my first cleaning and I am sure I will remain as pleased as I was after their first time here. I have already recommended Merry Maids to others.
