I definitely like the professionalism of the 4 ladies who worked in my home. They were on top of everything and definitely they are hard workers.

On the other hand, I was surprised with the Supervisor who came into my home. The person did not identify herself, opened the door and came into my home; started talking with the girls about working hours and coverage, then went to the bathroom (that was already clean) without acknowledging that the owner (me) was there. I waited outside the bathroom door and when she came out I provided some feedback stating that at least she could have the courtesy to ask me if she can use the bathroom.

In general, they did a really good job.

Adrian is personable and does a great consistent cleaning job each time she comes.

I really didn't expect the house to be cleaned as well as it was. The two very pleasant, hard working ladies (Merry Maids) did an outstanding professional job. I would recommend and will again use your company .

I like the promptness of the young ladies arrival, thoroughness of their cleaning and their politeness. The products seem to get the job done. However. I would like the steam cleaner used more in the bathroom and kitchen.

I have never encountered anyone coming to my home that doesn't have a smile on their face and approaches each task professionally. I think the cleaning I am receiving was good before , but recently it seems to be even better. While nothing stands out, it is a general sense: the appliances sparkle a bit brighter ( tough for old appliances), there is a special shine to the furniture and they are magical at removing the dust.
I would definitely recommend Merry Maids!

Gail and whoever else she brings to our house does such a great job! It is so nice to come home to a clean house and I know when Gail has been there because she really goes the extra to make it perfect!

The use of "green products". I have so far had 2 encounters and since they were three weeks apart I am unable to justify any comments. stay tuned.

I liked the people and how clean my house was when they were finished. The "Merry Maid" stickers they placed on the TP rolls and papers towels were really cute!

They do a great job cleaning our house. The only issue we have if another crew does our house and it is not always done up to the standard of the regular crew. I realize since we don't have a regular time this may occur.

When I ask for a specific area to be cleaned a little deeper than the last time - they do it.

The Merry Maid team was able to help me out in a very difficult situation. Due to the very early and unexpected arrival of my new child, my family's life was turned into a bit of chaos. MM was able to lend a hand and take some of the burden of making sure our home was clean off our plate. They did a fantastic job and everything was performed to the specifications we set up. I am truly grateful to the entire MM team.
