The ladies are thorough and clearly use products that best fit the needs of the home. I feel safe having them in the house, even when I am not present. They do an excellent job with tough rooms such as kitchens and baths.

The ladies to a good job and are very open to suggestions. They are very polite and get the work done and don't socialize when they are suppose to be working. Also, they are very professional.

Thank you so much for making my 3 hour drive in that last snow storm a more happy arrival home - welcomed with the smell of a freshly cleaned home! Everything so neat; floors shiny, tile like a mirror. Best surprise was seeing the little Merry Maids stickers folded so neatly on the TP roll and papertowels...like a five star hotel! Loved it...can't wait to see you again!

As a retired couple who care for grandchildren during the day, the consistent schedule...day and time...makes it easier for us to plan and keep our own schedule. We also like having the same women clean the house or at least one being the same. The house always look cleaner when the same team does it. It's easy to reach the office when we have a rare question or request. I don't know much about the products...but we'd prefer the 'greener' the better as the grand kids have asthma.
