Very reliable, thorough

Dependable. Cleans thoroughly every time. The products have soft scent. The workers are always pleasant.

Most of the products used are very good. However, I prefer to have them use my Swiffer Wet Cloths on my wood floors.

My regular cleaner, Lisa, is a hard worker, and for the most part she does a very good job. However, lately she tends to miss some things, like thoroughly dusting all of my blinds, and cleaning of the tops of my backsplashes in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Also, I'm not sure that she is cleaning all of my mirrors every time. I plan to see about filling out the paperwork to have them use my glass cleaner, which is Sprayway Ammonia Free Glass Cleaner.

I believe that the main reason for the lapses are that the cleaners are rushed for time. Last time she didn't arrive until 2:00, and she left by 3:15. I know that they have to be back in Foxboro by 4:00, but one hour and 15 minutes is just not enough time for one person to thoroughly clean my house. Maybe some re-scheduling is needed here.

Bottom line, I know that Lisa is doing her best, but I want my house cleaned, not swiped at. I think that she needs more time.

The management is easy to contact if you need to make changes to days they work, add refrigerator cleaning or anything that's on your mind. Being sensitive to bleach, I am happy to say their cleaning products do not cause my issues.
