Very professional staff!
I like that they bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies.
The girls that clean my home listen to my requests for special attention and handle it. They get the job done timely with very little interaction with me or with each other. They are in and out within an hours time. I understand that it is difficult for a new set of girls coming in to do everything the same way as the girls before them, but if I have not seen these girls before I just remind them of the exceptions that are requested with each cleaning. They all do a wonderful job!!!

The staff is responsive to requested schedule changes, the ladies work efficiently and the house looks sparkling. The dark granite countertops are especially well done.
We unfortunately are having you clean our mostly unused faith community building so cannot provide the kind of feedback we'd like to. However we are grateful for the work, that you show up unless illness intervenes and are wonderful to deal with.

They are reliable, friendly and efficient and I could not manage without them. They always leave the kitchen and bathroom nice and clean and tidy and vacuum the living room and other areas if I need them doing. I used to do a lot in the house but gave up a long time ago as we are getting older and my husband is messy so they are a life saver :}

It is helpful that you are able to substitute staff as needed and never miss a day except in dire circumstances. You have always been willing to listen and respond to any issues that may arise. You seem to care about and support your staff which is important to me.
