I would really prefer to have the same person(s) each month, but I realize that may not be possible. Very easy to schedule and they are very flexible. I can pay online, be notified when they are en route, I don’t need to have any cleaning supplies for them (although I can if I prefer). Very easy!

The attitude, kindness, and willingness of the girls is a definite plus. It does not feel awkward to have them in your home. The products used seem to do a good job. I look forward to seeing them each time.

Since we’ve been utilizing Merry Maids services I notice a change in the air quality in my home. We have a dog and the pet dander builds up quickly. The products used on the floors especially make us feel more comfortable walking in our bare feet. The job done on surfaces like counters and the bathroom are always sparkling clean.

The girls that clean my home listen to my requests for special attention and handle it. They get the job done timely with very little interaction with me or with each other. They are in and out within an hours time. I understand that it is difficult for a new set of girls coming in to do everything the same way as the girls before them, but if I have not seen these girls before I just remind them of the exceptions that are requested with each cleaning. They all do a wonderful job!!!
