The revolving deep clean of rooms means that every room gets special focus to keep it cleaner than maintenance cleaning alone would. Staff works with me to ensure that the cleaning is done the way I like.

The two women worked very hard and did an excellent job. They cleaned things that I never cleaned because I did not know how! They were efficient. The products they used seemed to work well without leaving a strong odor. That is important because I have allergies. I just wish I could have talked with them about a few things. Neither appeared to speak or understand English very well.
Products are good. Same personnel each time. Work done efficiently.

I like the people and they always do a good job. I do wish they had a hardwood specific cleaner though vs. what is used on the tile. The wood floors look so dull.
Like the lemon oil used on my furniture; like that the cleaning products seem to be simple, though I always like to check the ingredients in every product. I like that every person seems to have a task and is ready to complete a task. I like that they move from one floor to the next floor without a lot of having to move between floors.
Maids are professional and polite and always pay attention to detail. I appreciated this week when we had just returned from a vacation and the house was a mess; they said "no problem" and just moved what had to be moved and got the job done!
