I think the products on the floors should be changed - I found a lot of streaking on the pergo and the flat screen tv had streaks also, I found some dust left in corners of the bedroom but overall they did a great job - I signed up for 12 week package and am sure that it will continue to get better.

Nancy is an exceptional worker. She is very thorough and cleans as if it were her own home. She pays attention to details and makes sure everything is cleaned to perfection, and is not afraid to use her "elbow grease." She's quick and efficient; and she knows exactly what she needs to do to get the job done. She is also excellent with other new and younger workers, guiding them on how to clean properly. She assures me the products used will get the job done. I will always call Merry Maids and hopefully will get Nancy for my cleaning needs.
P.S. She deserves a raise or promotion to supervisor.

The team was very nice and helpful! I am 9 months pregnant and had a large basket of laundry to bring downstairs in which they did for me without even asking. I loved the way my house smelled clean when I walked in the door, my appliances are staying clean including my counters, and I love walking around my house without getting my feet dirty!
I am so very pleased. My son and daughter-in-law can't express what a great job these ladies did. They were so pleased and kept bragging to everyone, me too. I would recommend them fully.

Overall they did a great job. The timing could have been better but again it was not horrible. I had requested a morning time but they didn't come until after noon time. No big deal really, this is the only little thing I would change. They did a great job and I will have them back again and recommend them to friends.
Merry Maids is on time and very efficient. They are hard workers and work as a team. I love the clean scent from the cleaners they use.
