Andrea and Alisha are a great team. They clean well, they're efficient, they show up on time, and they're respectful. I would give them personally a 10 rating. The reason for the 9 rating is that I'm not sure all the other workers are as good.
The ladies due a great job, but you have to constantly watch the new people. They just don't do a good job unless you follow them. Very sad
I like that you were on time, the house smelled nice and clean. The girls were very polite and couteous; and my husband was very pleased. He wants the same girls to come back the next time.

Always smells so clean when I walk in the door after the staff have left. Floors vacuumed smartly and furniture clean and shiny. Kitchen, appliances and cupboards look fabulous. Clutter is picked up and stored correctly and bed is even made. Extremely satisfied with staff and services.

I am super pleased with the services. I do have some concerns about products. I forgot to mention before the work that I am sensitive to a lot of environmental stuff, such as some cleaning products. For next time, I do need for only hypoallergenic products to be used if at all possible.
I have recommended Merry Maids to my daughter in Los Angeles. I hope the LA Merry Maids are as good as the two ladies who cleaned my house for me. They were excellent.
