I've been a Merry Maid customer for six months. The ladies have been punctual and they are friendly. The house smells wonderful. During the winter months, a cinnamon scented cleaner was used and this spring, a mint/lemon scent was used. I have never smelled the scent of any harsh or strong chemical cleaners.

Friendly, helpful staff. Diane does a good job and takes time to do a couple extra things that I like. Cleans drip pans on stove, polishes wood on cupboards in kitchen and uses products that make our home smell great!

Overall everything we requested Merry Maids do in the first floor of our home is done to our satisfaction. Dusting all reachable surfaces, including picture frames, cleaning tubs and bathroom sinks and counters in the two bathrooms, cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen, vacuuming and mopping all floors.
