There has been NO decrease in the cleaning over time. All other cleaners I have used - not professional, always got a little lax over time. Has not happened with Merry Maids. Ruth has pretty much been a constant for my cleaning.

I like everything the gals do - the house always looks so clean when they are done. One suggestion would be to use a bleach-based cleanser in the bathroom to keep fixtures clean longer between cleanings.

We have worked with Ruth (and a variety of partners) for the better part of the last 4+ years. She is our "face" of Merry Maids and we have consistently found her to be exceptionally competent, efficient and effective. While I would like more information about the composition of the products you use in our home (I don't necessarily have an objection but given today's over chemicalized world it would probably be a good idea for you to proactively let us know what is in your products), I find the method by which Merry Maids provides its services, e.g., you bring equipment and product, to be very efficient. I used your services in Long Island, NY before we moved to Maine and that was largely the reason I looked for Merry Maids here when we did move.
