Very professional and efficient.

The women who come to the house are efficient and clean the house well. They arrive on time and are pleasant and friendly. It has been really great to have the consistency in the ladies who come to my home. They get to know the house and they also get to know me. They have been very kind and supportive to me as I have been dealing with the death of my husband in January. They are a bright spot for me AND for my house. They have been patient with all the work being done in the house over the past months and keep cleaning the construction dust over and over without a word - although they are going to be really glad when the new kitchen floor is in and is able to be cleaned, unlike the old one which could never get clean. The house always feels and smells great when they have finished. I really appreciate their hard work!!!

Everyone at Merry Maids Scarborough is friendly and professional. They are very responsive to weekly needs and do a great job. I work at home and they are very accommodating to my business schedule as they clean. Most importantly, I trust them when we are not home and they love our two Giant Schnauzers who assist them in the cleaning process. I like the online communication system used by the managers at Merry Maids, they email me before they are coming to verify the time. If I need to make a change they will respond quickly to my email. And the team is always on time! The products used by Merry Maids leave my house smelling and looking clean.

I like the fact that I get a call the day before you are scheduled to arrive to advise me that you are coming and the time window that I can expect you. The house is always left clean and secure. Your associates are always pleasant and seem happy doing what they do.

The 2 girls were prompt . They came in and I showed them around and then they both did a good job of deep cleaning the place. I would hire them again.

The ladies that have been cleaning do a great job and sometimes do a little extra which is appreciated. I only know of the product you use on the laminate floor which seems to do a good job, I have bought some to do on off cleaning weeks.

While I like the idea of the organic products you use, I also kind of like a "clean" smell after the house has been cleaned. A little lemon? Pine? Something that says "fresh" when I walk into the house.

He worked with me on the scheduling and was positive in every way to make sure we would be satisfied with his company. Consistency

Jessie and MaryAnn are extremely professional, friendly and thorough. In the rare instance a "spot" is missed, they accept they critique and quickly resolve the issue. Most of all I feel completely confident allowing them access to our home when we are there or away. And they love Reagan and Bradie, our Giant Schnausers.
