Very good service and products

I like that I can trust your employees to be in my home when I am not there - I do think that because I am a bit of a neat freak and my house is always organized they sometimes gloss over the counters and floors rather than giving it a good cleaning. Also, it varies too if the wooden shades are dusted - they are throughout the house and this was requested from the beginning. One other thing - my sons sometimes have dishes on their nightstand and the girls leave them there - I'd prefer if they just brought them down to the kitchen sink - they don't need to wash them, but when they dust in my sons' room if there are any dishes I'd like them to be taken to the kitchen. One thing I have also noticed is that whatever cleaner they use on the wooden furniture in my sons' rooms doesn't seem to clean very well - little boys are sticky and gross, but I would hope they could get more of the spills and things up. Overall, these are a few things that I would like to see improved. I also wonder if sometimes it is a different couple of girls - some weeks everything is great, and other weeks little things like dishes and the wooden floor under the kitchen table and sofa have not been mopped and some mirrors are not cleaned.

Your people are prompt and do a good though job cleaning the house.

The attention to detail is exceptinal and you walk in to your freshly cleaned home and it just smells amazing! It instantly relaxes you knowing what a fantastic job they have done!
