The house smells clean, but not perfumed. The women who cleans are personable and cheerful. They work quickly and do a thorough job. One time I had baked a chicken the night before. The Merry Maids cleaned the entire oven mess. I was so pleased!

That is 2 questions!
1. The cleaning is done well, but there is an occasional miss, if I point a out a miss, it doesn't happen again. I have never had to complain to management about any problem.
2. The majority of the time the products are okay, but once in a while there is an overwhelming strong cleaning product.

I like the little twists that each team has when they clean the house. Some clean for show and some clean for use. Both are great and make it a surprise when I come home after my cleaning day.
