Nicely professional people. They start from the top down and clean areas that I always give me a smile to see it clean. We are happy with the helpful service that is provided. I don't know the names of their products but they are not over powering and so crisp and clean.

They use products that clean very well, and seem to be easy on our noses and breathing. I really like Stacey who comes every time because she cleans everything completely, and is so careful of my new counter tops and new wood floors. They also wipe the leather furniture all over and make it shine. I have never had anyone clean so well as Stacy.

You were able to schedule our job quickly. The workers showed up early. They were very pleasant and efficient. Our windows look wonderful.

The thing that I have noticed most is how nice my floors look. Keeping those floors looking good is a job that I can't do, and couldn't do in the past -- so I'm really impressed. And, I'm relieved that I don't have to worry about having the house look nice!

For the most part, I'm always very pleased with how nice my house looks after the cleanings. I don't know what products are used but it always smells really nice afterwards. I hope that they are using only water on my newly refinished floors as I have requested.

I like the format that is followed. They find out how and what you like to have cleaned. They have even shown me what they can do that I didn't realize. It's so nice to have personable people come to your home and do a good job. It makes me appreciate good service. It really is so nice to have the cleaning that I can't get time to do when you work away from home so much.

I must admit I had a situation, but I called and spoke with Donna and she was so understanding, pleasant as always professional. She listen to my concern and scheduled me immediately to resolve my issues. The two ladies who came to resolve my problems were pleasant and professional. They gave me 100% satisfaction.

Stacey cleans exceptionally thoroughly every time. I like having the same person every time. They bring their own products and vacuums and mops. Stacey is quite nice to all of the family. They come at the arranged time, without fail, and Stacey even came once when she was not feeling well. After my kitchen remodel, I thought I had cleaned up pretty well. But after the Merry Maids came, my whole house looked so much better!
I told my sister in Boulder how good they are, but I think they might be a separate franchise there. So, I don't know if she will contact them.
