The same lead cleaner (Nancy) is sent every time so I get to know her, and her helpers (like Deb) are frequently ones I also know. She is quite good at cleaning all the little places. This last time, after new carpet and vinyl flooring had been installed, they cleaned everything carefully and made the whole house look wonderful. They removed the bathroom sink stains that had been there for years. I enjoy their conversations, and they are fast and thorough.

The ladies are very respectful of my property and careful when they are cleaning. If I ask them not to move particular items, they comply with my request. They are efficient and friendly and very industrious. I feel comfortable having them in my home.

They always do an outstanding job. Very courteous. I love the way everything smells when they are done.

Fairly consistent cleaning crew and process

The cleaning crew does a good job in our home and always shows up on the scheduled day.

We are always happy with our bi-weekly cleaning service. When we leave a note the girls always make sure to clean and take care of our specific needs. They are very detailed and work hard. We are very happy!

Nancy does the most thorough cleaning of anyone I have ever had! She is also personable and cheerful as she works. She is careful of my household things and asks for my particular preferences. She is kind towards the new staff she trains, and works well with everyone. They routinely arrive when I expect them every time. They work hard and are finished within a very short time. They replace everything where it was after cleaning and never skip over any job even if it looks as though it doesn't need their cleaning. I was even able to request her as my regular cleaning lady after she came to my home once. The Merry Maids are everything one wants in a residential cleaning company and I would recommend them to all my froends.

I feel it was unfair to schedule the ladies with a new client as the last one to be cleaned. The ladies were struggling (with NO complaints) to get done on time.

So far the products have been fine I have no problem with them. It would help me if they had a specific time of arrival or call when they are on their way so I can schedule my time.
