I like the quick and helpful response from Mia and Kenisha to our needs. Most of the caregivers were wonderful, responsive and competent. There were some areas of competence that were stronger for some of them than others. They were polite, helpful, and kind.
The initiative taken by caregivers to take on tasks they see are needed in the home. They're being responsive immediately to requests made by clients.
