The Home Care Aides are obviously well vetted and well trained. Everyone has been extremely kind, polite, helpful and neat. Whenever there is an unexpected need for extra coverage the main office personnel start working on scheduling immediately and get back to me quickly. This is how every Home Care Agency should be run!!!
