Our caretaker is perfect for my husband. He is attentive and creative in coming up with activities to keep his mind and hands active. He talks to him as though he is not disabled. Kris takes initiative to do things around the house also. Keeps house vacuumed and mopped, carries in groceries, and helps with all chores. He has made such a difference in our lives. My husband, although primarily nonverbal, is able to say Kris’s name and calls out for him.
It is such a relief for our family to know that Senior Helpers are here for us.

All of the staff are kind, well trained and very helpful for my elderly Mom from personal care to taking her to the grocery store. The office staff are always kind and friendly and willing to help with any scheduling needs we encounter. These people are all absolutely wonderful.

So far everything is going well. It's for my brother who is disabled & diabetic. He likes having someone come & cook him eggs&sausage 3 times a week. Cleaning is helping me so I don't have to do it. Thank you! Linda Harris
Most of your caregivers do a good job, but there a few couch potatoes in the mix. When you send a good one, we prefer to keep seeing that person. However, your schedulers seem to like switching them out for new people who are generally not as attentive.
At this time I can say I am VERY happy with the helper coming to my home however don’t think that I have used the services long enough to fairly evaluate everything.

Cody is very responsive and has been helpful. Overall, the caregivers have been outstanding.
The caregivers who have been with my sister most consistently are easy to talk with and give feedback that I find very useful as a family member. They seem to enjoy their role with my sister. I have confidence in the care they are providing.
