Very good and quality and timely services. The caregivers and office admin workers are courteous and caring people, Senior Helpers make sure that I always have a caregiver when needed. They have also made sure that I have consistent caregivers instead of changing them weekly like some others companies have done on the past. Many of caregivers have went far and beyond call of duty and that was very much appreciated.

Consistency of coverage
The caretakers are all very well trained. They work very good with my mom who has dementia. And at 97 she’s a very strong willed person to handle. They are always on time.
The helpers I’ve had have been very supportive & helpful. They give me time to go to my own appointments and/or obligations which I wouldn’t be able to do if they weren’t here.
