The ladies are always pleasant and I love that I don't have to buy any cleaning products or worry about the vacuum clearner working. They bring everything with them.

The woman were very nice, and quick, the home looked beautiful. I did not like the spice smell used in one of the cleaners.

Products smell good - just walking in the house after a cleaning I can tell (without looking) that Merry Maids was there.

I like the dependability of the service. I don't have to worry like others who hire an independent cleaner if they are sick or have a personal conflict day of my cleaning. The cleaners always do a great job. My favorite, however, is the way they make my boys bed :). We all love to see the end result!

The girls arrive with everything they need to get the job done and I can count on them coming on the scheduled day -- no excuses. If I make them aware a particular thing needs extra attention, they make sure it does.

**Just for MM. I do find it difficult to talk to the girls at times because of the language barrier. And it's often difficult to schedule my time because they never seem to arrive at the same time. Because we work from home and my husband doesn't get around well, it really would help if I could depend upon them arriving the same time. Yes, I know there are often personal problems and car problems, but couldn't someone call and indicate how late they are going to be?
