I love the time I get to spend with my customer. I enjoy the things I do for her and her husband. Great company with both of them. Also I would like to point out on the morning helper. She is a wonderful helper and how she includes on telling me "what needs to be done". I enjoy her out put on everything that deals with this family. I love working for Senior Helpers because they make sure you will be comfortable in the environment as well as the client that you were assigned to work with and if you're not they reassign you to one that you will be comfortable with. And as long as you give proper notice for being unavailable to work they will assign someone else to work for you and so far in my case I have always been able to return to my case.

I love working with Senior Helpers. I can work close to home and on the days and hours convenient for me. When I am assigned to a client I can freely report my experience and make suggestions to the agency if I feel the companion service is inadequate for the client. Senior Helpers reaches out to me when they need coverage due do to an unforeseen circumstance (like when a companion cancels due to an emergency); this means they know my abilities and have confidence that I am willing to help them out to keep a positive relationship with the clients. There is humanity in every supervisor at the agency. They hear me when I have a difficult circumstance and work with me to accommodate my life situation around the job. I highly recommend the services to people and am actively referring good people to go work for Senior Helpers.

I have been with senior care for many years and throughout the years I have know them to be compassion and caring for the seniors, they try there best to resolve issues that may come up as soon as possible and they always makes the right decision. As far as me working there it’s a good fit for me as I only do partime and they’re always understanding with schedules as long as they have enough time to replace your time off so there clients always have a person there.
