They are very professional to their work and to their clients. They take good care of their workers/caregivers. I like the staff of Senior Helpers especially the staff that I meet and talked. Like Ms. Janice, Ms. Takema, Ms. Paula, Ms. Raquel, Nurse Melissa. Easy to reach just phone a way when you need their assistance regarding the client. In my previous agency’s I’m not satisfied not happy the way they handle their caregivers. In my personal opinion, Senior Helpers is different the staff are very helpful, nice and very professional.

The staffs of Senior Helpers are very professional. They know their jobs. And very helpful and they care not only their respective clients but also their caregivers. I’m saying this because I spoke to few of Senior Helpers staffs like, Ms. Raquel, Ms. Janice and Ms. Takema and also there’s one staff that I spoke with about my pay aside from Ms. Raquel (for my check my 1st pay) I forgot her name sorry, she’s also very helpful too she explain it with concerns and care like Ms. Raquel. With nice tone voice.
