Flexible hr/ easy to communicate(way t9 reach for example I don’t do or check my emails on a regular basis, but I like the fact that they send the cases on text and email, the y make it easy for me too check, also in my case that I can only do fill in, I like how you send the text w the cases. I don’t know how other companies do it. But I find that very convenient. Also I fill hear and support by the people in the office.

Flexible hours

Is my 1er company I have work for but I don’t fell the need to look for another one. The team in the office are friendly and easy to talk or reach. I like the fact that when I get a case they send me the information and then they go over, very clearly I fell considerable and I fell respect and appreciate that my job matter and I make a difference. I had the opportunity to meet DEBBIE while I was filling in and she was checking on the patient, and like her Janice and Tamika even though is mostly through text they make me fell as part of a time .

I like that you can build your own schedule. I really love working with the seniors, meeting new people, feeling important, needed and appreciated. I also like the encouragement from the company (ie- when they call and tell you that you are doing a great job or just checking in with you to see how things are going) - that's really nice of them. I've been working for senior helpers for a little over a year now & I am so glad and thankful that I got the opportunity. I really enjoy my job.
