Very clean facility. Great customer service . Our dog seemed to mix in really well with the other dogs.

Everyone that works at our Dogtopia is so kind and nurturing to my little Miss Kandi. The facility is so beautifully clean and neat and Kandi always comes home healthy and happy. Her groomer there leaves her pretty, soft and smelling great when I pick her up. Thank you for taking such great care of my little baby.

From the orientation of certifying Abee to be a part of the Dogtopia team, to being able to see her on camera ( peace of mind). Everyone at Dogtopia seems to love their job, that’s huge for me. Front desk staff is so friendly both in person and over the phone. They truly love their furry friends. I loved that they do a "meet and greet" with their potential daycare dogs to make sure that their temperaments are conducive to daycare and also to place them in the group where they are most comfortable. We were given the option to let our pup stay for playtime a couple of times for no charge before he was boarded for the weekend.

While we were out of town I loved being able to check in on him via the web cams to see what he was up to. We also loved having the option to have him groomed while were away so that he was nice and fresh for pickup. The groomer called me to make sure that she knew how we wanted him trimmed since it was his first time there.

My only recommendation is that we be able to see the webcams 24/7 even during nap time. I know they are just cleaning and such but its always nice to at least be able to see what is going on.

We absolutely love that we can drop off our pup to get out some energy and socialize with other dogs/people! The facility has been extremely clean and friendly whenever we have dropped him off for the day. We trust that we could board him in the future and he would have no issues!

Everyone at Dogtopia is fantastic and amazing! They all love our dog so much and he's only been going for a few days. We love we have a place to take our dog when we visit Scottsdale. Thank you!

I love how well cared for my guys are! Everyone is so friendly and knows who we are when when we walk in which is amazing! They are constantly changing things to make things better for my to dogs. They also have called me to give me updated and ease my mind. I love the cards about their stay and their honesty about how they did. I love being and to see them when they are boarded and how safe day care is. I wish I remembered everyone's names but Kayla is amazing and helps so much to coordinate things and make sure my guys are well cared for. I love the Northsight location!!!

Love the peace of mind I have when I drop my frenchie off, I know he is in good hands, the girls know him , he is so happy to see them and be able to play with his doggy friends .

Clean environment, friendly workers,lots of stimulating activities for the dogs. Elvis is always wagging his tail and running ahead of me to get to the door when I bring him!!

Everybody treats our dog like he is their own dog! They are constantly watching the dogs and keeping it a very safe environment. Being able to see our dog via the webcams makes it nice because you can see first hand how much fun he is having.

I would strongly recommend Dogtopia to my friends because I believe that it offers dogs a safe, clean, and dog-friendly environment. The webcams provide access to watch our dogs; access that is comforting and reassuring. The afternoon lunch/nap time is great because it gives the dogs a chance to relax and recoup from a morning of activity. Priscilla the groomer is outstanding! The staff members are always welcoming, which makes Dogtopia feel like a home away from home for my dog.

I love Dogtopia because you treat Barkley like he is your dog. That means a lot to me as I love him more then anything.

The staff is very friendly and attentive! This goes for the whole team, starting with manager Brittany to groomer Priscilla. I am confident they will take great care of my 12 year old lab. Also, I like the fact that my older dog interacts with many other dogs and gets constant exercise.
