I am a new client, my dog Rusty seems very happy. The place is immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I signed up for one day a week. So far so good, I'm very happy with what I am seeing!

Always provides professional and personal service to our family. They care so attentively to our three dogs. It makes us feel so comfortable leaving them, even when extended time periods. It’s our dogs’ home away from home and they LOVE when we pull up for their visits. Always excited to be there. We truly appreciate their service.

It is clear that the staff at Dogtopia/ Raintree are dog lovers. We have boarded our little goldendoodle Lana and use their daycare services regularly. The staff will contact us for any questions or updates as needed which gives us a sense of security. We also appreciate that the dogs are screened prior to being accepted to the facility. We are very attached to our little dog and greatly appreciate the care that they provide.

Always friendly associates and great pet care.

How friendly everyone always is as soon as you walk through the door. That you don't have to have a appointment to leave your dog for the daycare. My dog is always pulling me to the door to go inside and tired when I pick her up. I wish you were in every state!

The people at this location care about my three dogs which is evident by how excited they get when they arrive, how the people know their names, and have taken the time to recognize the unique characteristics of each dog.

Calie loves all the people working. She is shy around other dogs but likes to cling on the workers. I like being able to watch on the webcams. The facility appears very clean. The facility is very convenient for me with working on a PRN basis.
Even though I silence unknown calls on my phone, the worker was able to contact me through my emergency contact.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Everything is great . My pup is greeted when he walks in. The ability to watch him on the puppy cam while I am away is a nice touch. Knowing that he’s having fun with other dogs his age and his canine coaches. It’s all been a great experience.

The services are great, but the new policy of only accepting pets that have a subscription to attend weekly is extremely expensive, especially for homes with multiple dogs

This establishment is very clean, professional, wonderful with the dogs and efficient. My lab loves going and playing with the other dogs and is clearly treated very well. There are always plenty of activities for the dogs as well as the human parents as we plan our days throughout the month. Thank you Dogtopia Raintree!:))
