An excellent company—it cares just as much about its clients as it does about its employees. We call with inquiries, and they always respond immediately.
I like the feeling of being part of a team. Currently, Seena is the main scheduler. She is easy to talk to, and always has a positive tone over the phone. It just makes communicating easier. Everyone there though is easy to talk to and are friendly. I really appreciate being able to communicate through text message with people in the office because calling is not always possible. I like that we have work shirts. I've been stopped so many times when grocery shopping when wearing my work shirt. It's either to say thank you for what I do, another caregiver who works with SH saying hi, or being asked how our service works because they have a loved one who is in need of care.

The over all feeling that I get walking into the office, on the phone with the office is a happy feeling. I also feel confident and secure that I am getting the best answer to my question. That is all important to me as an employee or a customer. So many other companies do not give you those kind of feelings of confidence that you need.are getting the best help you can or the best answer to your question or the best training that you beed. Example when I needed help to learn how to transfer a client Seena came over to the house where I was working and she personally showed me the best and safest way to transfer a client.. She made me feel comfortable by talking to me and then I gained confidence when she showed me and watched me do it,
