Senior helpers has been wonderful to my family

I thought the office staff was great. But I felt some of the caregivers were bit cold. I felt the night shift caregivers just wanted the client to sleep and not bother them. Night shift should not be any different than day shift. They would get annoyed if the client couldn't sleep or had to go to the bathroom often. I feel that is the job of the caretaker to serve the needs of the client. If the client is for the most part in bed they may not be tired at night. They should not withhold water or liquids so the client won't have to pee at night or withhold certain meds because they think it may keep her awake. Just my opinion. I realize it's hard to find help but I think their needs to be more followup with the client to see if they are satisfied with the care they are getting.
