I love the way they run their shifts. It give room for everyone to participate. If you can not meet up with the am shift, the pm is readily available and they have few night shift too. Though the shifts are short, but at the end of the day, there is something to take home. There should be other wonderful aspects of them, am new and this by observation for now.

I like that we can pick our shifts that work with our schedule. I also like working with the sweet older generation.
