First of all the opportunity to work with Elderly folks. And I love our office staff...the family feeling we have. The honest concern that is felt from within our office for me as a caregiver, and an individual.
I think it's nice that we are recognized for our work, time with company, etc.
I like that it's a good place to work, and they work hard to keep they employees busy.

I love home health care. And I love how friendly everyone is.
How supervisor come around and check on the clients Well as the health aids unannounced. The quality work continues to maintain and also check on the client as well. However is very little pay I think the HHA deserve much more salary.
Friendly employers, fair benefits, they often show appreciation for their employees which is rare from most jobs, good communication and make their clients the number one priority.

They are as close to perfect schedulers as I have ever worked for. They understand my needs and wants. I do pick up and fill in when I can. No one there has ever uttered a harsh word to me. I do genuinely care about the office staff and field staff. And they for me. I just had my 4th anniversary!
