What I like most about Senior helpers is that immediately they hire someone they make sure they prepare you for the job by giving you proper training which is conducted by a knowledgeable professional Mr Kevin whom I tend to think is the bsck bone of this particular office. I say this because I have had a chance of attending his training twice. The other person is Miss Crystal whom you meet at the front desk to welcome you and direct you to where your purpose and even when you call sometimes your problem ends there because she's going to solve it there. She's a jackle of all trades and she's very professional even when she's talking to you. I also salute the scheduler whose job needs so much attention because one has to fully be attentive to what one has to be fully awake or else there would be a lot of collision Caregivers meeting due to poor schedule handling. Anyway I have not been able to deal with all the office staff but the few I have been able to deal with are enough to me to be able to judge Senor Helpers as a company that knows its job so please keep your good work and name up for the sake of entire country. . Great place to work for.

I enjoy the courteous staff and everyone trying to go above and beyond to help us as caregivers match up with great clients! Personality and an attitude to care really goes a long way. However, I am very sorry to hear that Liz has moved on to other opportunities the new people in place are still doing a satisfactory job. Communication is very vital to all of us and when taking on new clients it is important to try and increase our workload of clients as quickly and efficiently as possible. I am willing to work more hours during the week Monday thru Friday whenever I can help you out. Thanks for being so efficient and caring! God Bless!
